Junior Maker Operator
As the Junior Maker Operator in the area of Production, you will be:
- Responsible to perform minor troubleshooting at assigned Maker Machine to eliminate the minor and regular operational issues with supervision.
- Ensure assigned machine is cleaned in routine as per provided cleaning checklist, DDS directions and deep cleaning activities are to carry out upon completion of production orders with supervisions.
- Responsible to strictly follow the brand change procedures and ensure all the materials are used accurately at the machine according to the product specification with supervisions.
- Responsible to operate machine at set efficiency and deliver finish goods with good quality, low reject and low cost with supervisions to ensure zero out of stock.
- Responsible to perform regular quality checking procedures provided from Quality Department.
- Responsible to fulfil yearly set KPIs related to EEHS, Manufacturing, Production, Engineering and Quality. Example of the KPIs are - OEE, beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency, MTBF and Zero Out of Stock, etc.
- Responsible to perform shut-down procedures and start-up procedures for long shutdowns by strictly following the provided Check-list & DDS direction from Cell Structure Team CST with supervisions.
- Responsible to record all the machine downtimes inclusive of micro-stoppages and register in the GSCA machinery Downtime Entry with less than 5% of variations and human errors.
- Responsible to record all the wastes generated within the shift and register in the GSCA machinery Reject Entry accurately.
- Participate in the implementation of EEHS projects/activities related to machine, equipment and operation by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.
- Participate in IWS related activities as per CST guidance and all BOS.
- Assist in IICI deep cleaning activities, maintenance activities, suggestions and 5S3R activities in the plant.
Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic)
- Minimum 1 year working experience in production with semi-auto machineries
- Make Pack machine operation with set KPIs, IICI (beetle prevention and execution), EEHS, 5S3R. Basic mechanical drawing (Read / Write)
- Proficiency in Burmese & basic English
