Your profile

• Successfully completed IT and/or commercial professional training

• Initial professional practical experience in the IT and ERP-Systems

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit with a high degree of customer and service focus

• Pragmatic, independent and meticulous way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality

• Good German language skills required

• Analytical skills and a good under-standing of digital settlement processes and technologies

Your duties

• Technical support, administration and support of the ERP

• Solution-focused processing of all service requests from internal specialist departments and coordination with the external service providers

• First point of contact for internal customers and prioritization of new requests

• Documentation of processes, monitoring and control of operational IT procedures and processes

• Coordination and further development of the existing processes in the ERP system
