Customer Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading payment service provider (PSP), is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing billers, identifying new business opportunities and driving increased transaction volumes across my client's retail and digital payment networks.

They are looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys building strong client

relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and working collaboratively to deliver effective payment solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing billers, driving increased transaction volumes and long-term client value
• Identify, approach and onboard new billers.
• Drive transaction growth across retail and digital payment networks.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to explore innovative payment solutions and support growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact between billers and relevant internal departments, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing service delivery and
• resolution of client queries.
• Support their market presence and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Monitor and report on client performance, business ppportunities, transaction growth, sales forecasts and key account activities.

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification; 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Experience in the payments industry, including an understanding of retail and digital payment networks, will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Fluent in business English; additional languages will be beneficial.
