Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized sales consultations.
• Guide customers through the selection of premium cigars, cigarillos, pipes, humidors, lighters, and accessories.
• Build strong relationships with local and international clientele.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and premium brands.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ensure the presentation of the store and humidor areas meets premium retail standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing in-store events, tastings, and customer experiences.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a hospitality-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
