Medical Biologist (C1 in French - Job based in France)

A leading group of diagnostic centers in France, with over 9,000 employees and 1,000 medical pathologists, is looking to hire greek Medical Biologists able to relocate to France.

You have a Medical degree (PhD) and a C1 Level in French, you will play a vital role in diagnostic accuracy, local medical consultation, and quality of patient care, serving as the key liaison for frontline practitioners, you connect patients, local teams and the central laboratory platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure biological supervision of pre- and post-analytical operations at local patient-facing facilities
• Guarantee the clinical relevance of prescribed tests and the proper routing of samples to the central lab platform
• Perform biological validation of results and provide clinical interpretation with relevant medical commentary
• Act as the primary contact for prescribing physicians (general practitioners, clinicians, healthcare facilities)
• Supervise and support local staff (technicians, medical secretaries) in their daily duties
• Contribute to quality compliance and site accreditation under ISO 15189 standards
• Participate in the lab and medical life: staff meetings, cross-functional projects, patient care, and healthcare partner relations

Requirements

• Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to advancing high-quality clinical laboratory medicine
• Fluent in French
