The company offers budget-friendly solutions across categories like bedroom furniture, bedding, outdoor living essentials, and home decor. With thousands of physical stores worldwide and an extensive online presence, it provides accessible, functional design for everyday living.

Do you enjoy working with numbers and turning data into insights that make a difference? And would you like to contribute to fair and equal pay for colleagues across an international organisation?

Then this 12-month maternity cover could be a great opportunity for you.

As our new HR Analyst, you will join our Global Total Rewards team at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus. Here, you will get close to both the data and the business as you work with salary data, market insights, pay ranges and HR master data across JYSK.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

At JYSK, we believe that when you bring dedication, you should meet possibilities. You will therefore get responsibility from the start while having an experienced team around you to share knowledge, challenge ideas and help each other succeed.

You will become part of our Global Total Rewards team of five colleagues. Together, we support Head Office, 10 Distribution Centres across Europe and more than 3,400 stores in 29 countries.

Furthermore, we offer you:

  • The opportunity to develop your knowledge within HR analytics and Total Rewards
  • Responsibility for your own tasks combined with support from experienced colleagues
  • Hands-on experience with salary data, market insights and global pay ranges
  • The opportunity to contribute to the development of our current and future reward solutions
  • Close collaboration with HR and Finance colleagues across JYSK countries
  • An informal and straightforward working environment where we value input and new ideas
  • A strong team where we share knowledge, help each other and celebrate our results together

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As HR Analyst, you will help turn HR data into insights that support good business decisions. A key part of your role will be ensuring high-quality employee master data and working with salary and market data across JYSK.

You will work closely with colleagues in different countries on pay ranges and salary analyses and contribute to our continued work with fair and equal pay. You will also be involved in our work related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Ensuring high-quality employee master data through ongoing controlling and follow-up
  • Analysing market data and supporting the development and maintenance of global pay ranges
  • Analysing salary data to identify patterns and support fair and equal pay across jobs and levels
  • Contributing to the development of tools that make HR data easy to analyse and visualise
  • Preparing process documentation, analyses and presentation materials
  • Contributing to our continued work related to pay transparency
  • Collaborating with Finance departments, HR Business Partners and other colleagues across JYSK countries

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

You enjoy working with data and getting the details right, but you are also curious about the bigger picture behind the numbers. You take responsibility for your tasks, ask questions when something does not add up and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.

You do not need many years of experience. What matters to us is that you bring a strong analytical mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn and contribute.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has 0-3 years of relevant experience working with data, numbers or analytics, preferably in an international organisation
  • Has an educational background within Finance, Economics, Organisation or a related field
  • Works in a structured and analytical way with an eye for detail
  • Understands why high-quality master data matters when making business decisions
  • Is an advanced Excel user, while experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantage
  • Takes initiative and enjoys working both independently and together with others
  • Communicates confidently with colleagues across functions, countries and cultures
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English
