Job Title: AI Vibe Coding Engineer / GenAI Prototyping Developer
Work Location: 100% Remote
Work Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (Need to support US Eastern Hours)
About the Role :
We are looking for highly motivated and creative Vibe Coding Engineers at the entry level (0 - 3 years of experience) who are passionate about Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, rapid prototyping, and modern developer tools. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder who can use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools to quickly transform ideas into functional prototypes, AI-powered applications, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts.
What you will do :
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP servers, APIs, modern full-stack frameworks, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to turn ideas into working demos.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and rapidly learn new AI-native development approaches.
Required Skills :
- 0 - 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Golang.
- Basic hands-on experience with React, Next.js, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or Replit AI.
- Fundamental understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and RAG.
- Basic understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent tool interaction.
- Exposure to building AI/LLM-based applications, chatbots, or workflows.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, web services, and basic application architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Basic exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to turn an idea into a working demo quickly.
