Role Overview :

We are seeking a versatile MERN Stack Developer with strong PHP expertise to join our technical team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of scalable web applications, balancing modern JavaScript frameworks with robust backend PHP architectures.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance digital solutions. Your work will directly influence the user experience and operational efficiency of our platforms, ensuring our systems remain reliable, secure, and capable of handling high traffic volumes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP to meet evolving business requirements.

- Develop and maintain RESTful web services to ensure seamless data integration between frontend interfaces and backend databases.

- Optimize application performance and database queries in both MongoDB and MySQL environments to enhance user responsiveness.

- Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git and CI/CD tools to ensure consistent and error-free code releases.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement effective solutions that improve overall system architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js alongside PHP-based MVC frameworks.

- Strong command over modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Proven ability to manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

- Total Experience : 3 - 9 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
