岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.快速熟悉部门现有自动化方案，为客户提供全流程技术支持，涵盖产品选型、方案定制、技术答疑等相关工作，保障客户需求高效落地。
2.精通主流品牌仪器仪表、PLC、SCADA等相关方案，结合客户需求，提供一站式自动化解决方案，并负责方案的全程交付工作。
3.整合部门产品资源与客户核心痛点，挖掘市场潜力，输出具有市场竞争力的解决方案、产品套装及技术服务等技术成果。
4.梳理产品核心价值、目标客户群及应用场景，制作直播脚本、行业案例、demo演示、技术文章、宣传视频等营销物料，协助营销团队完成产品推广工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
1.统招本科及以上学历，自动化、电气控制、物联网等相关专业优先。
2.熟练掌握Modbus、OPC UA、MQTT、TCP/IP、Profinet、EtherCAT等工业通讯协议的使用。
3.有独立完成或作为核心成员参与PLC、SCADA项目经验者优先; 熟悉CODESYS，并独立或核心参与过CODESYS项目者优先。
4.目标导向明确，具备较强的自驱力、学习能力和奋斗精神，勇于挑战突破，抗压能力强。
加分项
1.熟悉Wincc或其他SCADA软件的操作与应用。
2.精通西门子、三菱、GE等主流PLC的程序开发工作。
3.具备独立完成自动化项目部署与实施的能力。
4.熟悉各类仪器仪表的操作与调试。
5.具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，可应对英文技术文档或沟通需求。
