Role Overview
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract School Management Software Trainer who understands how to use student administration and school management applications and can teach educational institutions to use them for routine academic and administrative activities.
Scope of Engagement
The role focuses on teaching clients how to use the assigned software. Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.
Key Responsibilities
Train clients on how to use the assigned school management or student administration software.
Demonstrate relevant functions such as admissions, student records, enrolment, course registration, academic records and reporting, where supported.
Explain how users complete routine academic and administrative tasks.
Guide participants through practical examples relevant to educational institutions.
Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.
Answer questions about the everyday use of the software.
Adapt training to the needs of administrative staff, academic staff and other authorised users.
Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring additional training.
Requirements
