Network Solutions Architect (L3) (Network Management Project)

[Job Responsibilities]

• Requirements definition, solution development, design, and implementation in the network field.
• Preparation of due diligence documents, RFPs, and RFP responses related to various network technologies.
• Responsibility for effort estimation, contract term development, and resource management.
• Management and troubleshooting of Zscaler security solutions (including internet security policies and traffic filtering).
• Configuration, maintenance, and support of Palo Alto firewalls (including security rules, VPN, and threat prevention).
• Management and optimization of F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Fortinet firewalls to ensure secure network operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP infrastructure for seamless network connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security policies and network functionality.
• Monitor and resolve network performance, security events, and incidents.
• Document configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide L2 support for network incidents.

Job Requirements

[Required Skills]

• 4-7 years of practical experience in network security and infrastructure.
• Practical experience with Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, F5 load balancers, Fortinet, DNS, and DHCP
• Deep knowledge of firewall policies, security rules, VPNs, and threat prevention
• Extensive experience in managing Palo Alto Prisma Access and SaaS inline applications
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM)
• Proficiency in DNS (Bind, Infoblox) and DHCP (Windows and Linux-based solutions)
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and security best practices
• Thorough understanding of zero-trust security models and cloud security
• Problem-solving skills to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
