Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial briefing through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver suitable project solutions.
• Prepare project schedules, presentations, reports, proposals, and project updates.
• Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate project requirements, revisions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct client, project, and site visits as required.
• Travel to GCC countries for client meetings, project visits, presentations, and business development activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, architecture, interiors, or a related field.
• Strong project management and client coordination experience.
• Background in engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related technical/creative field is preferred.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept through completion.
• Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
• UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.
