Senior Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless mobile experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and cloud services as needed.
• Work with Jetpack components, MVVM architecture, and other modern Android development tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, improving application reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Android app development.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.
• Experience with MVVM architecture, LiveData, ViewModel, and Coroutines.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with Retrofit or similar networking libraries.
• Experience with Room Database and SQLite.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito.
• Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
