Overview

Titan Florida LLC has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cement & Aggregates Sales Representative (Bulk Sales). This exempt position reports directly to the Florida Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of bulk cement and aggregates customers throughout the West Coast territory spanning from Naples to the north of Tampa, Florida.

This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, protecting and expanding existing accounts, and supporting the reliable supply of large-volume construction materials directly to commercial, industrial, infrastructure, ready-mix, precast, block, asphalt, and site development customers.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales discipline, territory ownership, commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision. Success in this position requires a practical understanding of customer operations, construction materials, logistics, delivery planning, product availability, pricing discipline, and service execution. The role requires someone who can build trust with customers, anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience while achieving sales, volume, revenue, and margin objectives.

Responsibilities

Bulk Cement Sales

  • Sell bulk cement to ready-mix concrete producers, precast manufacturers, concrete block producers, infrastructure contractors, industrial projects, and other large-volume commercial customers.
  • Understand customer production requirements, including monthly volume needs, silo capacity, cement specifications, delivery schedules, project demand, and service expectations.
  • Position Titan’s bulk cement products based on customer applications, technical requirements, performance needs, consistency, availability, and total value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, owners, procurement contacts, dispatch teams, operations leaders, and other customer decision-makers involved in cement purchasing and consumption.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, customer service, quality, and operations teams to support reliable deliveries into customer silos and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Bulk Aggregates Sales

  • Sell aggregates, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, and related materials, to ready-mix producers, asphalt producers, contractors, site developers, municipalities, infrastructure projects, and commercial customers requiring large tonnage supply.
  • Understand customer project requirements, including aggregate specifications, daily tonnage needs, delivery windows, jobsite constraints, quarry or yard sourcing, transportation requirements, and cost-to-serve considerations.
  • Recommend appropriate aggregate products based on customer use, project specifications, availability, logistics, quality requirements, and overall economic value.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, dispatch, quality, and customer service teams to support dependable supply, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project pipelines, bid activity, competitor activity, customer demand trends, and regional construction activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Execution & Territory Management

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow revenue, volume, margin, market share, and customer retention.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining disciplined follow-up on leads, proposals, and active opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand Titan’s share of wallet.
  • Prepare and deliver customer proposals, pricing recommendations, business reviews, and sales presentations that clearly communicate Titan’s value proposition.
  • Lead or support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations in alignment with company guidelines and margin expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, forecasts, pipeline opportunities, competitive intelligence, and territory performance.

Customer Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, anticipating service needs, and providing practical solutions that support customer success.
  • Respond proactively to customer inquiries, delivery challenges, product questions, and service concerns with professionalism, urgency, and ownership.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align customer demand, product availability, production planning, delivery capacity, service requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Balance customer needs with business priorities by demonstrating sound commercial judgment, pricing discipline, and awareness of operational constraints.
  • Represent Titan professionally at customer meetings, job sites, industry events, trade associations, and community forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience; experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, asphalt, construction materials, infrastructure, or heavy building materials preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory independently, prioritize accounts, follow through on commitments, and deliver results with limited supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical understanding of bulk materials sales, customer operations, logistics, dispatch coordination, delivery planning, and large-volume construction material supply preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to understand pricing, volume, margin, market dynamics, customer profitability, and competitive positioning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales activity tracking tools.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
