IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects.
• Support end-to-end IT project coordination in alignment with the PMO framework.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and documentation under the guidance of the lead PM.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track project risks and issues and assist in escalation and resolution processes.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports and performance dashboards.
• Support communication between technical teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain project documentation, including SOW, Change Requests, and Minutes of Meeting. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or as an assistant project manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with corporate clients or in technology-related projects is a plus.
