Automation Engineer

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to welcome to our team an Automation Engineer, who will be responsible for:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, sensors, and networks).
• Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of automation equipment.
• Design and execute the implementation of automation projects and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve process reliability and performance.
• Keep documentation updated (software backups, electrical drawings, functional descriptions).
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate actively in plant shutdowns, commissioning, and start-up activities related to automation.

Requirements

If you have......

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in industrial automation within manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of PLC programming
• Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication skills
• Very good English skills.
• Teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
• Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation.
• Safety-first mindset.
