What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Sales Representative, your role will focus on speaking with business owners and managers and helping them find solutions to their hiring challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting businesses across Kosovo by phone and email
- Introducing Karyera Plus and our recruitment services
- Understanding employers' staffing and recruitment needs
- Building strong and professional relationships with potential clients
- Following up with employers and maintaining regular communication
- Managing sales opportunities from first contact to agreement
- Achieving monthly performance targets
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions
- Continuously improving your sales and communication skills

Requirements
- Fluent Albanian
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is an advantage but not required
