На данной позиции предстоит:

погружение в кадровое делопроизводство, начиная с самых простых фундаментальных процессов;
изучение кадрового делопроизводства;
заполнение подотчетных журналов, учет трудовых книжек;
работа с архивом документов, формирование личных дел сотрудников;
помощь в подготовке документов кадровых изменений, подписание документов с сотрудниками компании;
обработка заявок сотрудников: копии трудовых книжек, смена паспорта, регистрации, и другое;
участие в подготовке документов к аудитам и проверкам;
выполнение других сопутствующих задач.

Ты определенно нам подходишь, если ты:

можешь работать не менее 30 - 35 часов в неделю в офисном графике (желательно в промежутке 10:00-18:30);
обучаешься по специальности управление персоналом или смежной с ней;
опытный пользователь MS Office;
знаешь английский язык на уровне Pre-Intermediate.

Требования к личным качествам:

аккуратность, грамотность, внимание к деталям;
умение работать в команде;
отличные коммуникативные навыки.
