Команда отвечает за разработку отчётности, алертов и аналитических дэшбордов для рисковых подразделений.

Работа включает полный цикл реализации задач:

  • сбор и анализ требований;
  • проектирование архитектуры;
  • разработка;
  • тестирование;
  • внедрение решений.

Основной фокус - автоматизация процессов, повышение качества данных и обеспечение бизнес-подразделений своевременной и корректной аналитикой.

Технологический стек:

  • Oracle Database, PL/SQL - разработка процедур и объектов БД;
  • StarRocks - развитие аналитической платформы;
  • Python - обработка данных и автоматизация;
  • Apache Airflow - оркестрация и управление пайплайнами;
  • Grafana, Qlik Sense, Superset - инструменты визуализации.

Формат работы:

  • спринт - 1 месяц;
  • на каждого сотрудника формируется индивидуальный пул задач;
  • в среднем закрывается 15-30 задач за спринт, в зависимости от сложности;
  • работа предполагает тесное взаимодействие с бизнес-заказчиками, участие в обсуждении требований и согласовании решений.
