We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Automation QA Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in automation testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing strategies, ensuring product quality, and mentoring junior QA team members. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks using Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
Build and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
Perform testing for web and mobile applications across browsers/devices.
Conduct API testing using Postman / Rest Assured / Swagger.
Identify, report, track, and verify defects using JIRA / Asana / Azure DevOps.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers to shift-left quality practices.
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA process improvements.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.
Strong experience in regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant QA automation experience.

Good to Have:

Experience with Appium for mobile automation.
Exposure to performance testing using JMeter / LoadRunner.
SQL / database validation skills.
Experience in BDD tools like Cucumber.
ISTQB certification.
