Solutions Architect - DevOps

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, or a similar role.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience managing and operating production workloads in multiple major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator/DevOps Engineer, or GCP) are a plus.
• Multi-Cloud Exposure: Demonstrated experience across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong understanding of platform-specific services and best practices.
• Infrastructure Management: Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (e. g., Bash, Python).
• Networking and Storage: Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPNs) and cloud storage solutions.
• DevOps Tools: Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform preferred) and configuration management tools (e. g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• CI/CD: Practical experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization: Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Good to have experience in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions). Security tools and practices in the cloud (e. g., WAF, Identity and Access Management).
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and drive execution.
• Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Mentorship: Passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make sound technical decisions with incomplete information and manage trade-offs.
