Solutions Architect - Full Stack (.NET)

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Technical Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure full-stack applications using. NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and React/Angular.
• Define technical standards, ensure adherence to coding best practices, and guide architecture decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and system designs.
• Conduct deep technical reviews, including code reviews, design reviews, and performance audits.
• Mentor and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integration areas.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and global teams to drive solution design and delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and champion engineering excellence across sprints.

Integration and Data Migration:

• Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, integration interfaces, and enterprise-grade middleware.
• Evaluate and implement architecture patterns for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and deployment strategies.
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture using Azure or AWS services.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Oversee technical support, production issue analysis, and performance optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for complex technical issues.
• Ensure delivery quality through testing standards, automation, and performance benchmarking.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and frameworks.

Training and Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architectural diagrams, and best practice guidelines.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and engineering workshops for internal teams.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and skill-building of engineering team members.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in. NET Core, C#, and front-end frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).
• Strong experience in ASP. NET Core (Web API/MVC), Entity Framework, SQL Server, and modern application architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, component-based UI architectures, and responsive front-end development.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, and system integration.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
• Strong skills in performance tuning, security design, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA or Azure Board.
