Tech stack of Engineo

We're hiring a senior, hands-on Marketing and Brand Specialist to build Engineo's brand across AI, SaaS, data, enterprise technology, consulting, and engineering services. You'll work directly with the founder and a marketing and brand advisor, owning execution end-to-end from research to publishing to measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Founder-led brand building turns ideas, conversations, and opinions into LinkedIn posts, articles, interviews, and presentations.
  • Monthly content pipeline across website, LinkedIn, case studies, solution briefs, newsletters, and events.
  • Partner campaigns, solution pages, webinars, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Market intelligence across AI, SaaS, cloud, data, and ERP competitors, trends, and inbound signals.
  • AI-assisted workflows to turn one conversation into multiple content assets.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years in B2B technology marketing SaaS, IT consulting, tech services, enterprise software, or startups.
  • Excellent business writer who can simplify complex tech into clear narratives.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn/digital content, not just strategy.
  • Practical daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. ), not just theoretical.
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder, independently, without task-by-task supervision.
  • Good to have: AI/data/cloud/ERP exposure, founder-led marketing experience, SaaS partnerships, and SEO/analytics.
