Обязанности:
  • Ведение участка по расходам, поступление услуг, расходы с поставщиками;
  • Полное ведение первичной документации;
  • Контроль поступления и отражения в программе первичной документации, проверка правильности ее оформления, архивирование документов;
  • Контроль 60 счета, ведение реестра отсутствующих документов и их запрос;
  • Контроль наличия документов (поступления в 1С проводят менеджеры);
  • Формирование, ведение и проверка книги покупок;
  • Ежемесячная и ежеквартальная сверка расчетов с поставщиками и покупателями.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в аналогичных должностях от 3-х лет;
  • Понимание структуры доходов и расходов, знание главы 25 НК;
  • Опыт работы в 1С 8.3 "Бухгалтерия", 1С "Управление торговлей";
  • Умение работать с большим объемом информации;
  • Коммуникабельность, ответственность, исполнительность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
