What You’ll Own

• Project Performance:Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Execution:Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Financials:Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Scheduling:Keep projects on track-align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Contracts:Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving:Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships:Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects
