The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Office manager who will maintains a smooth running of the CZ office.

This role is hybrid. We expect you in the office 3-4 days a week.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate deliveries when requested
• Management of external suppliers (office cleaning, contractors)
• Management of office expenditure and budgets
• Help the team hire and welcome new people - job postings, interview logistics, onboarding and welcome packages
• Greeting visitors and newcomers
• Administer company laptop policy
• Ensuring people appreciate working in Prague office and have all requirements to do their jobs successfully

Who you are

• 2+ years of proven experience in the similar role
• Good command of Czech and English
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
• Coordination of business travel agenda
• Collaboration with marketing, events preparation
• Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
