Assistant Branch Manager (Concrete Restoration)

Keeley Restoration Services is looking for a Branch Manager to join their concrete restoration team in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with overseeing daily branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.
Support project teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Assist in coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, and resources to meet project objectives.
Help foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the preparation of estimates, bids, proposals, and project documentation.
Monitor project performance and help identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with branch financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Provide support in training, mentoring, and developing project teams.
Maintain a thorough understanding of owner contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Adhere to company best practices and operational guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Up to five (5) years of experience in concrete restoration, concrete construction, masonry, or a related construction field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Knowledge of concrete materials, construction methods, and restoration practices preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed to support branch operations and project execution
