Keepgo is a global mobile internet provider offering innovative products and solutions based on virtual technologies, primarily eSIM.

Your mission will be to help us maintain high product quality by diving deep into all stages of testing-from manual checks to gradually learning test automation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of web interfaces and mobile applications.
• Create, update, and maintain checklists, test cases, and other QA documentation.
• Perform smoke, sanity, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Log, track, and manage bug reports in our task tracker.
• Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing of identified defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the product team to clarify requirements, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
• Test REST APIs using Postman, cURL, or similar tools.
• Gradually transition into test automation: run existing automated tests, analyze basic test failures, and write simple automated test scripts.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial experience in QA/software testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Strong grasp of core testing types: functional, smoke, sanity, regression, and exploratory.
• Ability to write clear, concise bug reports, checklists, and test cases.
• Ability to analyze requirements, spot inconsistencies, and ask clarifying questions.
• Experience with browser DevTools (Console, Network tabs, inspecting requests, responses, and errors).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple SELECT queries, filtering data).
• Understanding of client-server architecture: HTTP, REST API, status codes, request/response bodies, and headers.
• Basic experience testing REST APIs using Postman, cURL, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset: ability to reproduce problems, gather screenshots/videos/logs, document steps, and verify fixes until a resolution is reached.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and driven to learn and grow.
• English: Beginner level or higher
• Basic experience using AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to speed up routine QA tasks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in mobile testing (iOS and Android).
• Experience with TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Android Emulator, and iOS Simulator.
• Experience working with Postman Collections, environment variables, and writing simple assertions/tests in Postman.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Laravel testing tools, Postman tests, Playwright).
• Basic experience with Docker (running environments).
• Basic experience with Git.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector.

Мы обеспечим вам полноценный онбординг, понятные процессы и поддержку на старте, чтобы вы могли сфокусироваться на росте и профессиональном развитии.

Обязанности:

• Ручное тестирование веб-интерфейсов и мобильного приложения

• Подготовка, актуализация и поддержка чек-листов, тест-кейсов и другой тестовой документации.

• Проведение smoke, sanity, regression и exploratory testing.

• Регистрация и сопровождение баг-репортов в таск-трекере

• Проверка исправлений и повторное тестирование найденных дефектов.

• Взаимодействие с разработчиками и продуктовой командой для уточнения требований, воспроизведения багов и проверки исправлений.

• Тестирование REST API с помощью Postman, cURL или аналогичных инструментов.

• Постепенное погружение в автоматизацию тестирования: запуск существующих автотестов, анализ простых падений и написание простых автотестов

Требования (must-have):

• 1+ год коммерческого опыта в тестировании

• Высшее техническое образование

• Понимание процесса разработки ПО и жизненного цикла тестирования: SDLC/STLC

• Понимание базовых видов тестирования: functional, smoke, sanity, regression, exploratory.

• Умение составлять понятные баг-репорты, чек-листы и тест-кейсы

• Умение читать требования, находить неясности и задавать уточняющие вопросы.

• Опыт работы с браузерными DevTools: Console, Network, просмотр запросов, ответов и ошибок.

• Базовое знание SQL (написание простых SELECT запросов, фильтрация данных)

• Понимание клиент-серверного взаимодействия: HTTP, REST API, status codes, request/response body, headers.

• Базовый опыт тестирования REST API с помощью Postman, cURL или аналогичных инструментов.

• Умение доводить проверку до результата: воспроизвести проблему, собрать скриншоты/видео/логи, описать шаги и проверить фикс.

• Ответственность, внимательность к деталям, желание учиться и развиваться

• Английский: Beginner и выше

• Базовый опыт работы с AI-инструментами (Claude Code / ChatGPT / Cursor или аналоги) для ускорения рутинных задач

Будет плюсом (nice-to-have):

• Опыт мобильного тестирования iOS/Android

• Опыт работы с TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Android Emulator, iOS Simulator

• Опыт работы с Postman Collections, environment variables, простыми проверками в Postman

• Базовые знания в автоматизации (Laravel testing tools, Postman tests, Playwright)

• Опыт работы с Docker (запуск окружения)
