The Opportunity  

Kensington Tours is a luxury travel company connecting travelers to 120 destinations around the world. Our marketing team brings that experience to life across every product line, and this internship puts you right in the middle of how that happens. 

As our Email Lifecyle Marketing Intern, you'll get a real seat inside how a modern marketing team runs: the projects, the processes, and results. You'll leave with hands-on experience that drive real impact for the business. 

What You'll Own  

Email Development and Execution  

• Build, schedule, and deploy CRM lifecycle marketing campaigns via HubSpot for B2C and B2B newsletters, promotional offers, webinars, seasonal campaigns, and always-on journeys.  
• QA: Own the full email production from build to send - building, proofing, and QA-testing every campaign (UTM tags, links, personalization/dynamic content, rendering across devices/clients, dark mode, segmentation logic, and send lists) prior to deployment to ensure error-free, on brand delivery. 
• Monitor and maintain automation flows (MQL, Desert journey and etc) that nurture leads and drive repeat bookings.  

Analytics and Performance:  

• Execute and report on A/B Testing on subject lines, send times, creative, copy and offers to continually improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.  
• Support on pulling data for weekly reporting on campaign KPIs (open/click rates, conversion, leads attribution, list growth, unsubscribe) and translate results into actionable recommendations.  

Project Management:  

•  Support email task creation, edits and updates 
• Manage the upkeep of customer journey mapping  

What You Bring  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working collaboratively across teams and levels. 
• Interest in marketing, project management, business, data or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a project management tool such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project is a plus. 
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you look for ways to make things run better. 
• Experience in email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

Position Details:

This is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.
