Vous assurerez l'accueil des clients, le traitement des réclamations, la gestion des demandes de remboursement, l'envoi et le suivi des relances clients, ainsi que l'organisation de l'archivage des documents administratifs. Vous serez également en charge du suivi administratif des dossiers de recouvrement et de la tenue des dossiers comptables liés aux modes de paiement. Une expérience en gestion administrative est appréciée.
Missions
- Assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients, suivre et traiter les réclamations clients, gérer les demandes de remboursement.
- Effectuer l’envoi et le suivi des relances clients, assurer l’attribution, la saisie et le suivi des procès-verbaux (PV).
- Assurer le traitement et la tenue des dossiers comptables liés aux modes de paiement, garantir le suivi administratif des dossiers de recouvrement.
