Some of the responsibilities that an Optometric Technician will be responsible each day:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
Delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up
Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits
Ensuring the patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
Encouraging and supporting their team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach a common goal.
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Optometric Technician Roles begin at $17/hr with an extremely aggressive/obtainable commissions and spiff structure.
