About the role
Reporting to: General Manager Meat Technology - APAC
Work Location: TH: Bangkok (Bangna)
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and strengthen Kerry's position within Thailand's meat sector, aligning with regional and global business objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify market trends, customer needs, and untapped opportunities to accelerate growth across processed meats, foodservice, and retail channels.
- Customer Excellence: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, including meat processors and manufacturers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and account retention.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop and launch tailored meat solutions, ensuring seamless execution from concept through commercialization.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and long-term business success.
Qualifications and skills
Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 10 years of B2B sales leadership experience within the Food & Beverage industry. Experience within the meat sector (poultry, red meat, and related categories) is highly preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that consistently deliver strong business growth.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Exceptional Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, drive commercial outcomes, and motivate teams to exceed targets.
Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of coaching and developing teams, driving performance against KPIs, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
