About the role

Asegurar la ejecución eficiente del programa de producción mediante la administración de recursos, personal y materiales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y productividad de la operación.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervisar equipos operativos de entre 11 y 30 colaboradores por turno.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción y la correcta ejecución de las operaciones.
  • Gestionar indicadores de desempeño relacionados con productividad, calidad y seguridad.
  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, uso de EPP y requisitos de inocuidad.
  • Administrar actividades de mejora continua y análisis de procesos.
  • Gestionar actividades administrativas como control de asistencia, vacaciones, horas trabajadas, cierre de órdenes en SAP y seguimiento de acciones en Intelex.
  • Elaborar reportes operativos y asegurar la correcta documentación de los procesos.

Qualifications and skills

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida, o con cierre de pensum próximo.
  • Experiencia previa supervisando equipos de producción en ambientes de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en industria alimenticia deseable.
  • Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM).
  • Manejo de SAP indispensable.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
  • Inglés intermedio deseable.
  • Deseable experiencia previa trabajando en esquemas de rotación de turnos.
