With our roots planted in Birmingham and branches spreading across the globe from London to Bangalore, we're a proud member of the Kerv Group - a dynamic £112m revenue technology consultancy leader with a dedicated team of over 700 professionals, partnering with 800+ sector leaders.

People come first always, we are incredibly proud of our unparalleled work culture. Not just words on paper, we wear our "Great Place to Work" certifications from the UK and India like badges of honour.  Who we're looking for

A highly organised, detail-focused future leader who wants to get right into the heart of how successful technology projects are delivered.

You'll be helping our hyper-busy Delivery Managers keep projects running smoothly by making sure the right information, people, processes and finances are all lined up for success. You'll be the person who keeps things moving; setting projects up, tracking costs and timesheets, coordinating meetings, chasing actions, supporting billing activities and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.  There will also be opportunities to support project teams with ways of working.

Part of this role is to support the day-to-day running of our Nottingham office, and will need you to be onsite Tuesdays to Thursdays.

Surrounded by smart, passionate people delivering projects that make a real impact, you'll have the opportunity to learn how project delivery works in practice while building relationships across delivery, finance, sales and solution technology teams.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided. We're looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware and motivated to build a career in Project Management, Scrum Mastery or Change Management.

Required Experience

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
  • Good understanding of how businesses operate and how projects help deliver change
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook etc.)
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and project data
  • Able to build positive relationships with busy stakeholders
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • A natural attention to detail. We want someone who notices the things others miss
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested (our lawyers still insist on this one)

We're also looking for people that fit how we work, which is something like:

  • Happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed
  • Quick to learn and unlikely to need the same thing explained twice
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn new skills, tools and processes
  • Proactive and solution-focused, taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Reliable, adaptable and proud of delivering quality work
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating with colleagues at all levels
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and helping others succeed
  • Happy working effectively with teams across the UK, India and South Africa
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Keen to continuously improve the way things are done
  • Ambitious to build a career in Delivery Management, Scrum or Change Management
