Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation specialist. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new leads, build and maintain prospect lists, and support sales pipelines for Khashsoft's software and IT services. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing target segments, reaching out to potential clients through digital and phone-based channels, and documenting interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, prepare outreach materials, and schedule meetings or demos. The person in this position is expected to work independently, meet lead targets, and provide regular reporting on lead quality and conversion trends.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, segments, and potential client needs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and professional client interaction.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills for supporting pipelines, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work remotely with good time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Prior experience in IT or software services lead generation is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
