Role Summary:
The Toyota Core IT department is managing all company transversal IT infrastructure and technology components.
We are looking to strengthen our Infrastructure Architecture team with additional members.
The Infrastructure Architecture team acts as a glue between our application development teams and our technology and infrastructure teams.
The team helps govern and drive the evolution of the whole TME technology landscape, ensuring application development teams have the right portfolio of technologies to choose from to build and host their business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard application projects, understand impact on eco system, plan & follow-up related technological changes
- Support infrastructure teams in introducing new technologies by analysing impacts on eco-system, planning & follow-up
- Define roadmaps of technologies currently in use (lifecycle, rationalisation)
- Define detailed patterns on how to best leverage technology usage
- Stay in contact with application teams, understand their needs, identify improvements, facilitate discussions with technology support teams
- Identify dependencies & support planing of upgrades of relevant technologies
- Work with other Core IT teams (Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Middleware, Database and other teams) on aligning roadmaps and priorities
Formal Role Details:
- Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Hybrid -2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels
- Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
Have good command of English
- Be eager to learn new things
- Have strong analytical mindset, was able to ask the right questions, dig deeper, crosscheck facts from multiple angles and find out the real state of things
- Be interested in modern IT technologies and infrastructure, from cloud through SDLC topics down to things "on the ground" (onpremise)
- Be able to think in terms of use cases and capabilities, mentally organize large areas of things, find similarities, distile them into principles and patterns and help other apply those in daily work with technologies
- Be AI minded and want to use AI to learn about things

What we can offer you:
- Depending on the candidate’s skills and experience, the base salary for this position will be in the range of PLN 9 000- 10 000 gross per month under a permanent employment contract (employment contract/UoP).
