About the Company
Our client is a growing contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, with a strong focus on self-performed process piping and equipment work. The company takes on technically complex projects involving active treatment facilities and is expanding its capabilities in design-build delivery.
This is an opportunity to join a team where estimating is closely connected to project execution, operations, engineering, and business development.
About the Position
The Lead Process Estimator will take ownership of estimating complex water and wastewater treatment projects, with a particular focus on self-performed piping and equipment scopes.
This role requires a strong understanding of process systems and the ability to develop accurate pricing for projects where treatment facilities must remain operational during construction. Approximately 90% of current work is hard bid, while the company is actively expanding its design-build capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a direct influence on how the company prices and wins technically demanding projects while helping shape the development of its design-build practice.
