Starting Salary: $36.22 hourly

Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact

  • Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Kinectrics safety requirements, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Support employees and stakeholders in the resolution of supplier-related issues, invoice discrepancies, and rejected invoices.
  • Assist with invoice review, approval workflows, coding validation, and follow-up activities to ensure timely processing.
  • Process and upload invoices accurately against the appropriate purchase orders within designated systems.
  • Maintain and enter procurement and financial data on the Accrual sheet, including SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process transactions, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies as required.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Procurement team, including document management, record maintenance, and reporting activities.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Successful completion of a high school diploma, supplemented by specialized coursework in purchasing
  • One year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or relative applications experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Accounting
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage responsibilities independently on a day-to-day basis
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of assertiveness to communicate with employees across all levels of the organization
  • Operates with a high level of integrity, discretion, and ethical responsibility in all employment-related activities
  • Previous experience in a multi-faceted purchasing and/or manufacturing environment
