(Junior) Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unser Lager- und Versandmanagement in München und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Hardware weltweit zuverlässig bei Kunden, Partnern und Projekten ankommt.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Verantwortung für das KINEXON-Lager in München inklusive Wareneingang, Warenausgang, Einlagerung, Auslagerung, Bestandskontrolle und Inventuren
• Aktive Mitarbeit im Lageralltag, insbesondere bei der Kommissionierung, Verpackung und dem Versand von Kunden-, Service- und Projektlieferungen
• Koordination und operative Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie Logistik- und Transportdienstleistern
• Eigenständige Organisation von Import- und Exportvorgängen inklusive Zollabwicklung, Versanddokumentation sowie Erstellung relevanter Versandunterlagen
• Steuerung und Überwachung der Lagerbestände einschließlich Bedarfsplanung und Beschaffung von Standardartikeln
• Monitoring von Sendungen sowie Bearbeitung logistischer Anfragen und Eskalationen
• Rechnungsprüfung logistischer Dienstleistungen und Pflege relevanter SCM-Daten
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lager-, Versand- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen sowie Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Import-/Export-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Zollprozessen von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft, operative Aufgaben im Lager selbst zu übernehmen
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft, 4-5 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in München zu arbeiten
