岗位职责

1、依据客户运维计划，协助技术支持顾问完成所负责的客户日常运维工作，保障客户业务正常运行;

2、协助开展日常技术支持工作，解决技术支持工作中的常规或标准问题;

3、协助整理客户咨询常见问题，形成技术知识文档;

4、协助技术支持顾问过程中分析客户需求，挖掘服务商机;

5、完成部门领导及导师交办的相关工作。

任职要求

1、本科及以上，2027届应届毕业生，财务管理、会计、工商管理、税务、审计等相关专业;

2、良好的沟通表达能力，有客户服务意识和团队协作精神。
