1. Identify customer needs, manage agreements, complaints, and returns
2. Plan and control product quality; resolve internal quality issues.
3. Join audits, handle quality reception, and corrective actions.
4. Lead quality improvement projects and monitor progress.
任职要求 / Requirements
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical
Engineering, or related fields with a solid academic foundation;
2. English or Chinese, with preference for Chinese.
3. Clear thinking, positive attitude, excellent communication and teamwork skills;
4. Strong execution, strong resilience to pressure and frustration, and strong learning ability.
