岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Responsibility:
1. Participate in the modification, upgrading, and development of customized equipment related to key company projects, such as extruders, production equipment, and related polymer product processing machinery, to meet high requirements for product quality and production efficiency;
2. Conduct self-developed equipment R&D based on the company's new product needs;
3. Based on production usage requirements, carry out the design of non-standard equipment and optimization and upgrade of mechanical structures;
4. Be responsible for the design and implementation of small-scale engineering projects to improve the level of equipment automation.
任职要求 / Requirements
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation / Mechanical Engineering / Process Equipment and Control Engineering / Materials Processing Engineering or related fields;
2. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks;
Strong team collaboration spirit, sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, willingness to work under pressure, ability to endure hardship, and strong learning ability.
