About the Role
Kings Developments is looking for a creative Content Creator & Video Editor capable of turning our company, projects, people, and development journey into premium digital content.
The position combines content creation, filming, editing, and storytelling, with a strong focus on short-form video and social media.
We are looking for someone who can create content — not simply wait to receive footage to edit.
Key Responsibilities
Film and edit Instagram Reels, Stories, and social-media videos.
Create cinematic project and brand content.
Produce founder-led content.
Capture office and behind-the-scenes content.
Document project-site and construction progress.
Produce architectural and property videos.
Create launch teasers and campaign videos.
Film and edit interviews and talking-head content.
Create motion graphics, titles, subtitles, and transitions.
Select and synchronize music appropriately.
Perform professional color correction and grading.
Capture high-quality audio.
Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, website, and advertising.
Develop content concepts alongside the Founder and Graphic Designer.
Create monthly content calendars and shooting plans.
Maintain an organized photo and video content library.
Cover Kings events, launches, meetings, and important company moments.
Coordinate external photographers, production houses, or drone operators when larger productions are required.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Adobe After Effects.
Professional camera and/or high-quality mobile shooting.
Lighting and composition.
Audio recording.
Color correction and grading.
Motion graphics.
Short-form and social-first video editing.
Experience with AI video and creative tools is highly desirable.
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply follows every social-media trend.
Kings content should feel cinematic, architectural, sophisticated, and recognizable.
You should be able to turn something as simple as a site visit, material selection, architectural meeting, construction milestone, or conversation with the founder into content people actually want to watch.
A strong portfolio or showreel is essential.
