About the Role
Kings Developments is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Brand Creative to help shape and protect the visual expression of Kings across digital, print, sales, project, and client communications.
This is not a production-only graphic design position.
We are looking for someone with strong taste, typography, composition, and a genuine understanding of premium and luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
Create social-media campaigns, posts, stories, and digital creative.
Develop campaign key visuals and creative concepts.
Design project brochures and sales collateral.
Create company profiles and corporate presentations.
Design digital and outdoor advertising material.
Create invitations and event collateral.
Develop client communication and CRM materials.
Design presentation templates and corporate documents.
Create project signage, hoarding, and site branding.
Develop packaging and premium client materials.
Support website visual content.
Prepare launch and sales-center creative materials.
Create moodboards and campaign visual directions.
Prepare professional print-ready artwork.
Coordinate with printers and production suppliers.
Work closely with the Content Creator & Video Editor.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, 3D artists, and external agencies.
Maintain consistent use of the Kings brand identity across every touchpoint.

Skills & Requirements
Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills.
Strong Adobe InDesign skills.
Excellent typography and layout ability.
Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
Experience designing for social media.
Good understanding of print production.
Strong presentation-design capability.
Motion-design skills are an advantage.
Experience with AI creative tools is an advantage.
Experience with premium real estate, hospitality, fashion, automotive, or luxury brands is preferred.

For this position, portfolio quality matters more than years of experience.
We're looking for a designer who understands that luxury is created through proportion, typography, material, photography, detail, and restraint — not simply by adding gold, effects, or decoration.
You should be able to look at a piece of creative and immediately recognize when something doesn't feel premium enough.
