This position reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and provides diversified experience within the Finance organization to provide a well-rounded background to leverage for future growth positions.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $66,400-$99,600 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• This is What You Will do in This Role:

• Serve as key knowledge source ofNorth Americacash flowand net working capital (NWC), owning thebudget/forecast process and delivering reportingand variance analysis with thoughtful insights.
• Compilemonthly cash disbursement forecastsandanalyze historical forecast performance against actual results.
• Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputs
• Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery
• Provide financial business partner support to HRandFacilitiesteams
• Add further value to the finance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc.
• Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities
• Work on special projectand improvement teams as needed.
• Support Finance’s intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern.

What We are Looking For:

• Bachelor of Sciencein Accountingor Finance (CPA preferred).
• 3-5yearsof relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or publicaccounting experience.
• Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow (direct and indirect)
• Strong communication skills, with high level of integrityand adetail orientated mindset.
• Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving.
• Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle orAIis an advantage.
• The ideal candidate will aspire to use this role as a springboard into project controlling,operations controlling,or other finance roles within approximately 2-3years.
