Tasks and Qualifications:
As a Process Manager Lease Accounting, you safeguard the accounting, the process and the system for part of KION’s leasing activities
You serve as an expert for lease accounting under IFRS and the reflection of our leasing business within the KION reporting (either for manufacturer leasing or procurement leasing)
You are the point of contact for all stakeholders within the KION organization for all matters concerning lease accounting and reporting, and support the cooperation between operating units and our Center of Excellence
You assure the correctness of IFRS leasing figures within the monthly group reporting process
Together with the Process Owner, you design and implement business directives and policies
You support the design, implementation, steering and control of efficient and effective group-wide processes with an end-to-end perspective
To drive continues improvement, you analyze and verify local process requirements
You maintain and improve our current IFRS lease accounting tool and act as a key user to enable our KION entities in their day-to-day business
As part of the SAP S/4 HANA project, you actively design and test new lease accounting engines (i.a. SAP RE-FX) and support the roll-in of local entities across the world
Requirements:
Completed university degree in business administration or economics (or equivalent)
Sound knowledge of IFRS, preferably deeper insights into IFRS 15&16
First professional experience within a finance and project environment
Ideally first experience with SAP core modules FI / CO
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Flexibility and willingness to travel
High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
