The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $80,625 - $118,250 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Lead and manage projects that improve and standardize consignment program processes.
• Develop, implement, and govern policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure program success.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to secure required agreements, documentation, and approvals.
• Maintain customer awareness of inventory value and financial obligations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Track program achievements, deliverables, and meaningful metrics; report progress and risks to collaborators.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery of project objectives.
• Support inventory replenishment activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Travel 10-25% to meet customers, support program execution, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• demonstrated ability in project management, supply chain, aftermarket services, or inventory programs.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence collaborators at all levels.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Hard-working, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
