Purpose of position:

Hledáme PT Engineera (technolga), který se připojí k našemu týmu a převezme odpovědnost za zajištění plynulého výrobního procesu. Pokud máte zkušenosti s výrobními technologiemi a chcete se podílet na optimalizaci výroby a zavádění nových produktů, hledáme právě vás!

Responsibilities

  • Navrhování, údržba a optimalizace výrobních procesů
  • Tvorba a správa technické a procesní dokumentace (pracovní instrukce, layouty výrobních linek apod.)
  • Podpora při zavádění nových produktů a procesů
  • Řešení technických a procesních problémů ve výrobě
  • Spolupráce s oddělením kvality na nápravných opatřeních (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D reporty)
  • Návrh a realizace zlepšení za účelem zvýšení efektivity, snížení prostojů a minimalizace odpadu
  • Podpora výroby při návrhu a výrobě nástrojů a přípravků

Our Requirements

  • Vzdělání technického směru (strojírenství, technologie, automatizace)
  • Praxe v oblasti výrobních technologií výhodou
  • Znalost čtení technické dokumentace a výkresů
  • Znalost MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Znalost AJ na komunikativní úrovni
  • Výhodou znalost WindChill a Creo View
  • Analytické myšlení, samostatnost a schopnost řešit problémy
