Obalový specialista / specialistka

Purpose of position:

Chcete se podílet na návrhu a optimalizaci obalových řešení ve výrobní společnosti s mezinárodním zázemím? Baví vás technické řešení detailů, hledání úspor a spolupráce napříč odděleními? Pak hledáme právě vás.

Responsibilities

Tvorba a optimalizace balicích předpisů a související dokumentace
Návrh a testování obalových řešení pro nové i stávající produkty (včetně 3D modelů)
Spolupráce s dodavateli obalových materiálů a sledování nových trendů v oblasti balení
Zajištění bezpečného a efektivního transportu výrobků mezi závody
Optimalizace nákladů na balení při zachování kvality a bezpečnosti
Aktivní účast na zlepšování procesů (Lean, standardizace, efektivita)
Školení kolegů v oblasti balicích postupů
Zavádění nových obalových řešení do sériové výroby

Our Requirements

SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
Minimálně roční praxi v oblasti vývoje nebo optimalizace obalů
Znalost angličtiny na komunikativní úrovni
Zkušenost s CAD softwarem (např. Creo, Inventor)
Znalost práce s ERP systémem
Technické myšlení a schopnost číst technickou dokumentaci
Orientaci v normách kvality (např. ISO 9001, IATF 16949 výhodou)
Samostatnost, systematičnost a týmového ducha
