Purpose of position:

At our office in Hammel, you will join our core project team, responsible for new customer projects. Here, you will work alongside our key account managers, project managers and our highly competent team of engineers and technicians. You will be deeply involved in both the project execution and bidding process.
Drive technical challenging projects
As our new technical project lead you will be anchor point for customer software pre-configuration of SCADA cabinets across a wide range of applications and configurations. This position requires expertise in networking and SCADA systems to ensure secure, reliable connectivity and seamless integration between industrial control systems and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Acting as software product owner for customer pre-configuration solutions
- Serving as the customer's technical point of contact regarding software releases and software-related topics.
- Collaborating closely with the project team to deliver customer solutions and supporting the production line with software-related inquiries.
- Performing hands-on installation and deployment of SCADA software packages on industrial PCs and servers in collaboration with Automation Engineers.
- Configuring system parameters, communication protocols and security settings.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of configuration steps and system readiness checks according to corporate documentation standards.
- Support the creation of customer documentation related to SCADA and automation.

Skilled Technical Project Lead
As a person, you thrive in a can-do culture, where we constantly strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. You are self-driven, able to take the lead and drive your projects independently. Moreover, you:
- Have +5 years’ experience with software/automation for industrial control panels or similar.
- Have solid experience from a role as a Technical Project Lead
- Bring a BSc in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have the flexibility to travel around 20 days a year to visit customers and our production sites - mostly within Europe
- Speak and write English fluently
